We know that the mind, body, and spirit are connected in every way possible, so we take into account your mental and spiritual health throughout your entire journey with us.

  • 1:1 Coaching

    An individualized approach to whole health. 1:1 gives you the power to focus on which aspect of health you need the most work: mental, physical, spiritual.

    This is a great option for someone who has a specific need: injury or chronic illness prevention/management.

  • Base Memberships

    Become a member of a community of change-makers. Holistic Habit builders believe in continued growth and development: physical, mental, and spiritual. Membership gives you access to our private studio whenever is convenient for you. Upgrade to premium which includes class passes or 1:1 sessions at a bargain rate.
