Heal ‘N’ Hike
Climb to greater heights, deepen your connection with mind and body, leave with a new mindset and purpose!
Join us for a one-day spritiual transformation starting with a guided hike led by Krista Patt of HHP and sound bath/meditation led by Katherine Litz of More Than Physical LLC. We will end by nourishing our bodies with delicious foods.
No hiking experience necessary!

It all starts by taking an honest and objective look at your current habits, routines, and inner dialogue.

Next, you’ll begin to make small compounding tweaks to your daily habits, and learn new skills to improve your mental, emotional, and physical health.

The last step? We learn how to continually refine what we’ve learned. An ongoing practice of reflection and optimization.

We trust Titan Fitness to provide quality workout equipment including racks, barbells, dumbbells, stability balls, battle ropes, and cable machines (coming soon).

Kids Korner
Have littles younger than 10? They’re welcome to hang out and play in our Kid-friendly area.
Kids 10 and older are welcome to workout with parental supervision.

Cubby Station
Keep an eye on your valuables while you workout. Set right next to our front desk, so staff will help monitor your things as well.
