MINDFUL MOTHER’S DAY
Join us for a relaxing day of movement and meditation for stress relief, mindfulness workshops, and a “Foods to Help Your Moods” lunch.
Space is very limited, make sure to sign up now!
Come in your comfies for a day of letting go and refueling our bodies, minds, and hearts!
Agenda includes:
Low/moderate impact workout (45-60 minutes)
Foods to Improve Your Moods (60 minutes)
Guided Meditation (20-30 minutes)

It all starts by taking an honest and objective look at your current habits, routines, and inner dialogue.

Next, you’ll begin to make small compounding tweaks to your daily habits, and learn new skills to improve your mental, emotional, and physical health.

The last step? We learn how to continually refine what we’ve learned. An ongoing practice of reflection and optimization.

We trust Titan Fitness to provide quality workout equipment including racks, barbells, dumbbells, stability balls, battle ropes, and cable machines (coming soon).

Kids Korner
Have littles younger than 10? They’re welcome to hang out and play in our Kid-friendly area.
Kids 10 and older are welcome to workout with parental supervision.

Cubby Station
Keep an eye on your valuables while you workout. Set right next to our front desk, so staff will help monitor your things as well.
